Masood Qazi the owner of Zaiqa Restaurant on Delware Ave. Buffalo, NY arranged a Ghazal night in his restaurant on Sunday November 20th at 8 o’ clock. The program includedTabla player Sanaullah from Buffalo, Guitar player Meer Ali from Buffalo and the guest singer, Violin& Harmonium player Iqbal Hussain from Chakwal Pakistan accompanied by a local hidden talent Ashraf Sadiq who provided support by contributing to ghazals and controlling the sound system . The program started with open buffet with more than 20 varieties of Pakistani food. Beautiful instrumental ghazals were played on violin by Iqbal Hussain, guitar by Meer Ali and tabla by Sanaullah.
Masood Qazi the owner of Zaiqa restaurant recited the SuratalRehman for the audience to start the ghazal singing program. The ghazals were chosen by the audience and beautifully sung by Iqbal Hussain and Ashraf Sadiq. The program ended around 11:30 pm. The audience enjoyed the program till the end of it and left the restaurant hoping that Masood Qazi will arrange more of these beautiful nights for the Pakistani ghazal and poetry fans of Buffalo, NY
