Faizan Haq Says that Cruz’s Recent Statement Alienates Muslims

BUFFALO, N.Y.-Many would say that GOP Presidential candidates Ted Cruz and Donald Trump are on the same page when it comes to Muslims. Ted Cruz’s suggestion that Muslims should be closely watched to help stop terrorism has angered some Muslims. “There’s a lot of concern in the Muslim community about being isolated,” Professor Faizan Haq said. “Let’s come together as one.” Professor Haq says Muslims living in Western New York have a good relationship with law enforcement, and should serve as an example for the rest of the United States.
