BUFFALO, NY: Sunday, August 15, 2021, WNYMuslims celebrated its 6th annual Eid Carnival to commemorate the festivities of Eid-Al-Adha along with EC200 (Erie County Bicentennial) & 75th Pakistan Independence Day for the children and families of WNY. Our event featured outstanding programs including health awareness information, children’s costume competition & activities, clothing and jewelry, henna tattooing, food & ice cream, fashion show, live entertainment, games, arts & crafts, lucky draw, and much more for 500+ attendees during the course of the whole day.
It was held at Island Park, Williamsville between 12:00 pm and 7:00 pm. There was a variety of activities and programs offered for the attendees including a fashion show based on cultural and national attire, costume show for the kids along with arcade games and other activities, live entertainment throughout the event concerted with a special performance by Coke Studio Singer, Sanwal Esakhelvi, diverse variety of food was also available for the attendees to enjoy along with community service recognition ceremony of the community members of WNY and Erie county representatives to commemorate EC200 by WNYMuslims. and lots more.
