Diversity Cruise 2021 Event Coverage
On Sunday, September 12 WNYMuslims had its Sixth Annual Diversity 2021, after skipping a year, 2020, because of Covid-19 lock-down, which was nothing lesser than the success of our previous event, Eid Carnival, while the scale was much smaller. It was attended by 100+ people of diverse backgrounds.
BUFFALO, NY: On Sunday, September 12 WNYMuslims had its Sixth Annual Diversity 2021, after skipping a year, 2020, because of Covid-19 lock-down, which was nothing lesser than the success of our previous event, Eid Carnival, while the scale was much smaller. It was attended by 100+ people of diverse backgrounds.
The event was full of different activities while the boat sailed through our beautiful city.
Attendees and volunteers also entertained everyone with their enthralling singing expertise, sharing their personal inspirational experiences along with the stories and feelings shared by spouses about their partners and how they have helped them become better person.
The weather was beautiful and scattered showers added a fresh feel to the ambiance of the whole event. Food has always been a highlight of our event but this time due to Covid- restrictions the absence of food didn’t deter people from participating in our event.
We are extremely grateful from the bottom of our hearts to the whole community for their support and we hope that all our guests enjoyed it the same way we did. Thanks again to all our staff members and volunteers to make this event so successful. We will see you again on board next year in sha Allah.
