Terms and Conditions
You must agree to the following statement to complete your reservation: I, the vendor, agree that I will have access to the facility and the patrons attending the event and will leave the premises in the same condition in which I received it. WNY Muslims is not responsible for the goods, merchandise, or any other belongings the renter chooses bring and/or sell at this event. I may sell my goods or merchandise at any price I see fit and will owe no percentage of sales or additional fees to WNY Muslims other than the fee for reservation.
Please note that submission of this form does not complete your registration. In order to complete your registration, vendors are required to sign a notarized contract holding WNY Muslims harmless for any loss of property or injury, within one (1) week of submitting this form. You are required to sign this form in person in front of a notary present at our office located at: 5792 Main St. Williamsville, NY 14221 You are welcome to walk-in at any time Mon-Fri 11am - 5pm.
Adhere to the policies and organizational discretion of WNY Muslims and requirements of the local governments such as notary public HHA, etc.
