Rolling with Neighborhoods. Connecting Communities. Taking the Lane.
Slow Roll is one of the world’s largest free and inclusive community bike rides. Founded in 2014, Slow Roll Buffalo connects communities through guided rides for bicyclists of all ages and skill levels. With a slow pace and volunteer squad that keeps riders safe and social, each ride features a different host site and unique route around the city, including stops to regroup and meet neighborhood stakeholders before returning for an afterparty with food, drinks, music, and fellowship.
Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. No gas guzzlers or training wheels are permitted. Slow Roll Buffalo is a registered New York State 501c3 nonprofit organization. Our presenting partner, Independent Health, and many other generous community partners help to keep Slow Roll Buffalo free and inclusive to all; a one-time annual registration is required either online or onsite before the ride.
