Olive Branch was honored to have the Prime Minister of Somalia, Abdweli Mohamed Ali and his wife Dr. Hodan Isse on our show. The current famine in Somalia and other issues were discussed along with the decision of the Prime Minister to leave Buffalo to lead this country. The show concluded with the Prime Minister urging the international community to aid Somalia and local relief agencies were provided for viewers to help give relief.

On this episode we had the honor to have Rabbi Green, Assistant Rabbi from Temple Beth Zion to discuss the basic understandings of Judaism. Such as what it means to be Jewish as a religion and as an ethnicity, the different holidays celebrated, the "trinity" of Judaism and Israel. Later we had three guests to talk about the Birth of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH): Fauzia Hussain, Dr. Othman Shibly, Imam Muslim Mehdi Chawla from Jaffarya Center. We hope to have another show to continue the conversation.

September 11, 2011 marked the tenth anniversary of the tragedy that arose from the terrorist attacks on US soil. Fatima and Nicole discussed personal experiences of this event and then introduced a video of reflections from community members about their experiences on that day and since.
